Blue Beach Villa

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we genuinely felt at home throughout our trip. The property was exactly what we were looking for - beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, and very well maintained. The garden was one of the biggest highlights for us. Our dogs, Rio and Simba, had the best time running around freely, just as they do at home. Finding a place where pets can truly relax is rare, and this property exceeded all our expectations. A special thanks to our host, Parsh, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout. Due to a sudden change in our travel plans, we needed to modify our booking dates, and he made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. He was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would also like to sincerely thank Devashish for his exceptional hospitality. He prepared delicious lunches for us, was always available whenever we needed anything, and kept checking in to make sure we were comfortable. His warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed. We highly recommend this property, especially for anyone travelling with pets or looking for a peaceful, homely stay in Goa. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again on our next visit.

I like everything about the property, cleanness, location and amenities. Caretaker Ashish was very helpful and polite.

Beautiful, cozy, Neat and clean, close to the beach and away from the noisy part of Calungute Beach. Would recommend it to families and people who prefer hygiene and comfort. The host is easily reachable and helpful. The caretaker comes to clean every day and is also helpful and polite. I travelled with an infant, and felt like home there. Thank you Parsh.

Comfortable beds. Air con. TV with Netflix etc. Water purifier Two bathrooms with hot showers (though none of the sinks had hot water, including the kitchen) Use of washing machine handy. 10 min stroll to the beach. Lots of beach shacks and places to eat. 10 mins stroll the other way to the main road in Calangute. That road was manic. Constant traffic making the road hard to cross.

Too near the road which was busy. On a bend too so the constant peeping of horns. Next door had a dog that barked a lot in the night.
