The detached villa, built in 2001 and renovated in 2023, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

The entrance is covered, ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed, stereo system and radio. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 2 tables, 10 chairs, 6 sunloungers and parasol.
