Welcome to Da Spidey House – Your Ultimate Vacation Retreat!
Step into the world of superheroes at this exciting, Spider-Man themed home where adventure meets luxury. Located in the heart of Indio, this spacious retreat is perfect for families or groups looking for a blend of relaxation and thrill.
We are proud to present our "all-inclusive" property. This means we do not have any additional fees for any amenity on the property. This includes complimentary pool/spa heating and early/late checkout (based on pre-approval from management and availability). It's crucial to note that while it covers various perks, it does not involve complimentary meals or alcoholic beverages, and there are limitations. See house rules for specifics and please let us know if you have any questions.
Outdoor Oasis: The backyard is nothing short of spectacular, featuring a custom Spider-Man water slide that kids (and adults) will love. Test your skills on the pickleball court, practice your swing on the putting green, or enjoy a game of bocce ball on the custom court. After all the action, relax by the pebble tech pool or unwind at the outdoor fire pit with marshmallows and good company. A built-in BBQ and dining area make alfresco meals easy and fun!
Indoor Entertainment: Inside, the fun never stops with a $100K gameroom packed with high-level arcades like Halo 4 (4-player), Fast & Furious, Contest of Champions, and several 1-Up machines. There's also an arcade with 6,000 retro games, offering endless entertainment! The gameroom is equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, and a poker table, perfect for adults and teens to enjoy hours of competitive fun.
The open-plan living area features plush sofas around a cozy fireplace and a smart TV with streaming access for movie nights. A wet bar provides the perfect spot to mix up drinks before heading into the gameroom.
Gourmet Kitchen & Dining: The gourmet chef's kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, from double ovens to a large fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser. Enjoyed stay at Da Spidey House over superbowl weekend! Kids got to play in the incredible arcade and adults got to watch the superbowl. Being the 2025 superbowl was a dud, atleast we were able to be in the pool and watch the superbowl from the outdoor TV! This was the 7th house we've rented in the area, can't go back to other rentals after taking our family here. The amenities were thought out perfectly...from the amount of amenities to the layout of them, nothing was overlapping the other so in other words, playing golf was not getting in the way of someone else playing bocce, or pickle or cornhole. The house itself was much more spacious than the pictures, pleasantly surprised at the size of the house. House was also kept extremely clean. The bunk bed room was incredibly designed and unique. This travel agency is the quickest and most responsive from the 7 we have used in the past so that's a huge plus as well. Loved that the starter pack of toiletries (shampoo and etc.) were cruelty free so I didn't have to spend my first day arriving on my vacation at the store searching for cruelty free toiletries. The spiderman artwork was out of this world amazing and I'm definitely looking forward to visiting the other themed locations that Itravel offers. SuperMario next...here we go!

The host Chris met with us when we arrived. He went over everything in the house with us to make sure we know how to operate. The property is in a gated community, which was quiet and seemed to be safe. The property was clean and all the amenities were as advertised. Communication with Chris was via text. And he always replied promptly. He seemed to be nearby was able to come to the property to fix things or deliver things. Overall I highly recommend staying at this property.
