A seven-bedroom, three-bathroom private villa located in the heart of the Coachella Valley. The Garden is thoughtfully designed and the neighborhood is quiet. This is what desert living is all about.
Inside, Tasteful accents add depth to rooms stocked with amenities. Then off to the kitchen and dining room, another tasteful, sophisticated space. The back patio is covered and features a fire pit, and beyond it gleams a swimming pool.
Festivals, however, are only the tip of your personal California Cool iceberg. If you’re golf-inclined, practice your swing surrounded by swaying palms at PGA West or the Indian Wells Golf Club, two of the best greens in the nation. If you’re a history buff, the Coachella Valley History Museum is a desert gem, filled with fascinating exhibits about the area and surrounded by vast botanical gardens. If you’re an outdoors adventurer, go stargazing at nearby Joshua Tree National Park, home to rugged rock formations and its namesake twisted, bristled beauties. - Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
- Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Bedroom 6 is located in the stand-alone casita and features a queen bed with AC, and an ensuite.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
- A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics.
- Pool Heat: Requires 48-hour advance notice and is not available for 1-night stays. In cooler months, heating may take 24–48+ hours depending on weather, and 3-night stays are strongly recommended. Late or after-arrival requests cannot guarantee the pool will reach full temperature during your stay.
- Hot Tub: Complimentary for all guests, heated separately, and ready upon arrival.
Parking Details:
- Vehicles parked in violation of HOA rules are subject to fines or immediate tow at the vehicle owner's expense. Please note, this is strictly enforced.
- The garage can accommodate up to 3 cars.
- The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars, for a total of 6 vehicles maximum.
- No overnight street parking is permitted.
- Do not park horizontally behind other vehicles on the driveway.
Please ensure vehicles do not block community paver paths or driveways.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The only exception was the living area. The sectional is not as the picture shows in the listing. It is modular with many pieces and tends to slid around a bit. It has very deep seating and a very low back, which is very uncomfortable for most people! Also, two of the four bar stools (not pictured) were not usable because the screws were loose and very unstable. If I had the correct size allen wrench, I could have fixed them. The pool and covered patio area were fine, with lots of shade and umbrellas..Also plenty of seating. Parking for six cars is nice, since there is no parking on the street.

We’re home now and going through our pictures from our family gathering. It is apparent that our grand house was a central character in the experience. We found the home to be generous in size, high ceilings and expansive living spaces. It was meticulously clean and the linens and bedding were luxurious. Very clever to have separate dishes for outside use, plastic dishes for use beside the glistening pool, and fine china and glasses for the grand dining table. The house comfortably absorbed our party of eleven with sufficient rooms and bathrooms. We need to give kudos to the brilliant air conditioning as our visit was during one of the desert’s hottest days. Finally, the six designated parking spots were welcome feature. My family and I would definitely recommend the Vrbo quality and service.

Bed’s comfortable front door sticks and property in back of home had loud music and people. Large SUV’s hard to get close to garage because everything is overgrown.Pantry had no spices or condiments had to purchase ourselves
