• Does not include access to other Wild Dunes pools or the fitness center
BEACH ACCESS UPDATE:
Due to ongoing work being performed on the dunes, beach access from Seascape Villas is currently closed until the area is deemed safe to reopen. During this time, guests may use the public beach access at Summer Dunes Lane, which is approximately a 10-minute walk away.
During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.
Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, and guests will continue to have access to the beach throughout the project. For the latest updates from the city please visit,

We really enjoyed this Condo! It was beautiful, just like the pictures, very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook! The view was also amazing! I will definitely go back here again!

The location was fabulous! Large enough for 4 but not too big for us. Comfortable furniture, plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Everything in the kitchen you would need to cook and spacious table area

From check in to check out, Island Realty did a great job communicating. As far as the rental, it was well taken care of, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Kitchen supplies, such as pots and pans and dishware were amply supplied. My only criticism has little to do with the facility and rental company. If you want to vacation in Charleston, you are going to have to drive everywhere!Despite that...top notch all around!

The place itself is great. Beds are comfortable, it's well furnished with cookware etc. However, there is no beach (it's washed away after a beach renovation project earlier this year). The boardwalk was gone and there was no easy access to the water. We were not notified of any of this prior to arrival. I would not recommend this unit.
