Spacious 5-bedroom house in charming Port Saint Joe

We were so fortunate to stumble upon this listing! This house made our stay comfortable and convenient, with plenty of room for everyone (and extra)! The house was clean and well-stocked with beach supplies, which was very helpful because we didn’t have to pack as much of our own beach gear. Dan was responsive and kind, a great host. Absolutely worth booking!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and equipped. The communication with the host was on point! Our favorite part was all the extras they had for the beach! It came in handy! The pool was also great!

Host:At the beginning of the booking process there were some concerns with communication (not responding and attempting to cancel our reservation due to our group size which was within the limits of the listing). However, once we arrived at the home the host was nothing but great. He responded most of the time there were concerns and even offered to give us money for ice when the freezer was not working.House: The home is spacious and was able to accommodate our large group with no issues. There are no dressers at the home so if you like to unpack your clothes make sure you bring hangers or plan on purchasing them. The WIFI is not very reliable, and it went out multiple times for hours while at the home. There is a room with three bunk beds. While the listing does not say this, but they are kid size bunk beds and will not hold a regular size adult. Parking: You are able to fit four cars in the drive was as long as they are smaller cars/SUV's. If not, there is some parking at the community center (5 min walk from the house) or another community parking lot across the neighborhood.Overall:The house is nice, and the neighborhood is friendly. The bikes provided were a lifesaver for my kiddos and the adults in the group who could not make the walk to the community center. The beach was empty, and we saw dolphins swimming 3 out of 7 days. If you want waves it's a short drive to Mexico City beach or the state park. Head to the Boat Marina if you are looking for good shells

We had a fantastic stay at this Florida rental! The house was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. The outdoor area was perfect for grilling with a great propane grill and a table to set up for meals outside.The house came stocked with awesome extras — beach chairs, bikes, cornhole boards, and even bubble makers for the kids, which they absolutely loved. It made heading to the beach (just a short walk or bike ride away) super easy and fun.One of our favorite parts was the community pool — clean, spacious, and never too crowded. It was a great spot to unwind when we weren’t at the beach. Overall, the place felt very welcoming and had all the little touches that made our stay even better. Highly recommend!
