The silverware in the drawer was dirty , the stainless steel refrigerator was dirty , and it's part of everything else saw a roach on the kitchen counter. Let's move on to the bedrooms there were stains on the pillow and the pillow cases had not been changed I ended up stripping my entire bed and washing everything on it and that's for both beds , and the bathroom had to be cleaned down before I could take a bath, may you have to remember that although you're a rental guest there are actual tenants that live in the building so I was awaken about 1:00 a.m. with noise from the tenants next door running up and down the stairs and the tenants from the other side as well because you have to remember it is loft apartment and do not by no means drive there there is no parking spaces available the nearest parking availability is under Dillard's in the parking garage and depending on how long you're there can coat up to 25 a

Host address concerns in timely manner but the stay was terrible. Gnat infested(we couldn’t use our phone, take a bath, eat without them flying around us. Including dirty bed sheets, & towels made the stay unpleasant. What top it off roaches in kitchen (crawled around at night) a spider was on the downstairs bed. An uncomfortable stay for us..
