ABOUT THIS HOME: Sea La Vie is a lovely new construction condo located in Gulf Place Residences. It's a perfectly appointed corner unit with a wrap around balcony on the 2nd floor. Beautifully furnished, this open concept condo has everything you'll need to enjoy your home away from home.
ABOUT THE AREA: Sea La Vie is just steps from the beach, shops and dining at the Gulf Place Town Center. There you'll find boutique shopping, original artwork, local cuisine, live music and a laid-back atmosphere along the palm tree lined streets. Gulf Place is home to the famous Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and the Perfect Pig. For fun in the sun, you have the option of of course the beautiful sugar sand beaches of the Gulf Coast plus 3 swimming pools, 2 of which are heated, and tennis courts, all within walking distance.
BEACH ACCESS:
This property has access to the Gulf Place Private Beach Access, directly across 30A. It's also less than 1 mile from Ed Walline Public Beach Access. When you exit the neighborhood take a right and continue on 393 until you get to the stop sign and the beautiful beach should be right in front of you.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
Parking Details:
- There is one designated parking spot with this property and there is overflow parking available in gulf place.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. 10/10! We will absolutely stay here again if able. This unit was beautifully decorated, spotless, and provisioned exceptionally well. The balcony was our favorite part! There were chairs for relaxation as well as a high top table for eating.

The unit was even better then expected- spotless, large, decorated beautifully, best equipped kitchen I've experienced in a rental, 2 beach chairs, amazing balcony with a view, parking spot #1 so close to the unit. There are carts by the elevators to help bring up your belongings. plenty of restaurants and small shops right there if you don't feel like driving. There are plenty of chair rental options on the beach, which we opted to do, so nice to have chairs set up for you each day, with umbrella's. I would rent anything owned by 30A Girls in the future, their attention to detail and amazing customer service was the best yet! Will be back again! Thank you for an amazing week at the beach!

Fabulous condo.
We stayed here with family for the weekend and we had such a great stay. The condo is exactly as described, check in was seamless. 30a beach girls were just amazing, they include a bonfire night. Condo was clean and well stocked. Easily 5 stars 🌟.
