Indoors, central air-conditioning will ensure everyone's comfortable as you relax in the living area furnished with a sofa bed. Enjoy cooking together in the modern full kitchen, featuring full-size appliances and an elegant prep table that also works as a breakfast bar for six guests. The shared gas grills will provide if you'd rather cook something with an extra sear. When your swimsuits are ready from the private washer/dryer, it's just a short walk down to the private beach access.
Shared pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts are all available for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Due to high occupancy along 30A and an overload within the South Walton County system broadband, you may experience sporadic outages or poor connections.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
