About this apartment rental
A modern, fully renovated apartment in the heart of downtown, just a 5-minute walk from the Jean Jaurès Metro station (Lines A/B) and Matabiau Station.
Tucked away in a peaceful, flower-filled courtyard, you can enjoy a moment of tranquility right in the heart of the “Pink City.” Numerous shops, restaurants, and bars surround the apartment, just a few minutes’ walk away.
You can also enjoy a stroll along the Canal du Midi or mingle with the crowds at Place du Capitole.
Accommodation Description
The apartment is designed to ensure you have a pleasant stay: the kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a refrigerator, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker, and a kettle.
A folding table (and two chairs) lets you eat a meal there, work, or fold it away to make the most of the apartment’s space.
Take a rest in a queen-size bed with high-quality bedding. A projector is also available with access to all streaming platforms for your relaxing evenings.
The bathroom, separated by a sliding door with frosted glass panels, offers an atmosphere that’s both subdued and bright thanks to a backlit mirror. A laundromat is located just a few steps from the apartment (around the corner).
Self-service access via a keypad and a key box. (Not accessible to people with reduced mobility)
The neighborhood
The neighborhood is located between Matabiau Station and the Jean Jaurès Metro station (the only intersection of lines An and B). It’s also a very lively area, close to many restaurants and bars in the surrounding area (Rue Gabriel Péri is known for this).
Place Jean Jaurès, a 5-minute walk away, is the heart of the city—all you have to do is lose yourself in the streets paved with pink bricks... Toulouse is yours to explore!
