The room had everything and more. It was extremely hot in Toulouse but there was a standing fan as well as a ceiling fan, so it was a real pleasure to stay there. It's situated in a little courtyard off the street, so is very quiet and peaceful. I really could not have asked for more. It didn't lack anything whatsoever and they even let me check out later just before I had to leave for my train back to Paris.
The location was good, just a little difficult to find at first as there were no signs outside.

Perfect location, very close to the city centre and the train station. The bed was comfortable as well. The host was very kind, although they need to check their messages regularly when they have guests.
The door handle is tricky. I guess it’s a French thing to have to turn the handle to an upwards position to lock the door.
Also, we didn’t have enough hand soap or shower gel for a two-night stay.
There’s a slight sewerage odour coming from the bathroom, even though we found it bearable for 2 nights. Lack of air conditioning even though there is a ceiling fan and a large floor fan.

Location, general comfort, cleanliness, kitchen availability. Room fresh enough in spite of 39 deg outside (it was summer peak).
Unmanned facility, finding the room and the keys is not immediate, the door lock tends to get stuck. Lack of airco.
