Nice house in a great location. Worked well for me and my groomsmen getting ready. Would stay here again with friends or family for an event in Newmarket or surrounding area. Host was very responsive to help us get into the property. There is a Keurig coffee maker but you'll have to bring your own pods. Pull out couch on the main floor was not functional as a bed, but fine as a couch. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay!
