In the heart of the village of Guchan, in the Aure valley, 5 km from the village of Saint-Lary, ski and spa resort of the Pyrenees, this traditional village house will delight you.
7 beds will welcome you to this renovated house.
Three access steps lead you to the first floor, it is composed of a friendly open space: kitchen-dining room, living room of 50 m2.
Upstairs you will find, a separate toilet on the landing, a bathroom with double sink plus toilet.
A bedroom of 17m2 composed of a twin bed (2x90/200) and a bunk bed (2x90/200) with an unobstructed view of the mountains. Another bedroom of 17m2 with its shower room, a bed of 160x200 and a single bed 90X200, its view of the panorama of the valley will seduce you in the morning.
An outdoor garage will allow you to store your equipment (skiing, sledging, cycling...).
The two outdoor spaces are enclosed. The first facing south, the second to the north will allow you to enjoy a barbecue.
The house is located on the village square, so you have parking spaces.
The village of Guchan has its own pétanque court, a tapas bar restaurant that will delight your taste buds and a shared library.
Below the village, you will find a tree climbing area, access to the Agos leisure centre and walking paths.
Pets are not allowed. No smoking.
