We offer a spacious and bright detached house, freshly renovated, of 120 m2, with enclosed and secure garden, south exposure, of 600 m2.
Ideally located in Vielle Aure (3 min from St Lary-Soulan) in a quiet environment, the house is only 3 minutes from the cable car and 4 min from the cable car which lead to the ski slopes.
The interior layout, completely redone, has been redesigned to allow sharing, conviviality and rest for everyone with family or friends.
-Ground floor:
You have a beautiful dining room with a large picture window overlooking the garden, open onto a modern comfortable kitchen and the living room.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower
1 separate wc
1 room open to the dining room that can be used as a playroom for children.
1 garage with shoe dryers where you can store and dry your equipment etc ...
Upstairs you have:
-a 1 st bedroom with 1 comfortable 160 cm bed.
-a 2nd bedroom with 2 comfortable 90 cm beds that can be joined to make a large 180 x 200 bed.
-a 3rd bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and an alcove with 2 beds of 90 which can also be joined to make a large bed of 180 x 200.
-1 bathroom with shower & WC.

Cathy et Julien sont des hôtes particulièrement accueillants !
Ils ont mis beaucoup d'eux-mêmes dans l'aménagement de leur gîte et ont pensé à tous les détails qui font des vacances réussies. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Julien nous a même encadrés pour notre première expérience de canyoning. Un grand merci pour ces belles vacances !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison rénovée avec goût et très bien équipée. La localisation nous a permis de rayonner facilement dans les environs et de profiter des charmes de la vallée d'Aure : Cathy et Julien ont été de très bons conseils.
