Pool Heating**There is an additional charge of $150 per night to heat the pool (3 night minimum).
House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
- There is no garage access as it has been converted into the game room. There is sizable room for parking in the driveway.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cave Creek - the location and quality of the house was excellent (although our GPS in rental car had a hard time locating the property on our first night - we arrived late evening so it was a bit of an adventure to get there on the back roads). The house is spacious, the pool was great, the views were fabulous and the wildlife diverse (coyotes, owls, lizards). The large covered outdoor patio was great for the hot days. The interior is well designed and good sized entertaining spaces upstairs and downstairs. There were only 3 'marginal' downsides - the beds were very "firm" and the airconditioning system wasn't able to cope with the hot weather - it never got below 78F inside during our stay. The 'nest' thermostat goes into sleep mode overnight instead of continuing to cool - so we were uncomfortable sleeping . . .but able to cool off in the pool and watch the brilliant night sky after midnight with plenty of stars, planets and meteors to see during our time there. The hot tub was set at 99F and I like it at 103F - but couldn't get it to go that warm. Communication with rental agency was easy (we had some access issues since we arrived after 9PM in the dark and the front porch lights weren't on so finding the right lockbox proved tricky - but it was quickly resolved with a call to the management company)
