Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).
Guests must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.
You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb does not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or 'service pets are allowed'
-Pool heating is optional and available at an additional fee.
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 84-88 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.
Effective 1/1/2024 a $1000 incidental/ noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violation occurred.
*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.

We immensely enjoyed our stay here. There were 14 of us, 3 different families - kids, teens and adults. The house was plenty big enough for all of us. The boys loved the bunk room! The other bedrooms were large and spacious and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, pool towels, etc for our large group. They also provided hand soap, shower essentials, kitchen soap (all of which many properties do not provide - so I was pleasantly surprised at the convenience of this). The pool/spa and backyard area was a perfect set up to keep all of our kids entertained while we were at the house, as was the basketball goal in the driveway. The kitchen was large and spacious and had plenty of room for all of us to gather for meals or just to congregate and socialize. The outdoor fire pit made for beautiful ambiance in the evening and we enjoyed making smores outside. The view is breathtaking all around. The Carefree/Cave Creek area is really nice and close by and there is plenty to do and places to eat if you’re wanting to stay close and not travel much for the day. We were able to have groceries delivered which was nice. Irvin was awesome and such a pleasure to deal with. He was very responsive to calls or texts. The customer service was top notch. This property was clean, well stocked and truly made our stay in Arizona exactly what we hoped it would be. You will not be disappointed!!!

We really enjoyed the house. Brought the family and glad we heated the pool. It was used every day and the hot tub was perfect. We had one issue with one of the furnaces not heating and our host corrected it immediately. The host was accessible to us throughout the stay and all went as planned. I’d highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about the property! We rented the property to accommodate a large group, and it did just that! The out door space is just as advertised, but the peacefulness of this area and the views were spectacular!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was just outside the business of the city and it was so peaceful and relaxing. There is plenty to do near by and we loved that when we returned to the house to relax for the late afternoon and evening, it was like being at our private resort. The house is very spacious and all amenities are as advertised. The backyard is awesome. The views are amazing and it is so relaxing to hang out in the great Arizona weather. The neighborhood was also great for morning walks. We couldn't recommend this property enough. It is amazing!
