King's Cottage is a beautiful refurbished Cotswold holiday cottage which sleeps four guests, in two well-appointed bedrooms, with one spacious bathroom. On the ground floor you have a stylish open plan kitchen/dining room, the perfect sociable space to cook a fabulous meal in, whilst still being able to entertain. From the kitchen/diner, you have access out into the courtyard garden which boasts an outdoor seating area and an enticing hot tub to enjoy all year round. King's Cottage is a dog friendly home, suitable for two dogs, and is perfectly placed in Wootton for you to enjoy the local atmosphere and surroundings.

Beautiful little cottage, clean and comfortable with great facilities such as an amazing hot tub. We travelled to a range of Cotswold villages and visited Oxford for the day from there.
The village its self is very small with only one pub, Killingworth castle but a very picturesque village.
The only improvement I would say is more lighting at the hot tub as we found it too dark at night

Our stay at the cottage was absolutely exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had every amenity we could possibly need. Becky was fantastic at communicating with us throughout our stay — so friendly and responsive, which made everything feel effortless. The property felt very secure and peaceful, and the hot tub was absolutely lush — the perfect way to unwind in the evenings. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We have just got back from a 3 night stay at Kings Cottage and throughly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a real bonus, especially after a busy day out and about and the house was spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. A great little cottage and the perfect base to explore Blenheim Palace and lots of other places within half an hour. We would recommend Diddly Squat, Daylesford Organic Farm and a lovely pub called The Swan in Ascott - under - Wychwood.

The village of Wootton is lovely and very beautiful, in a good location for visiting Blenheim Palace, Bourton on Water, Stow on Wold and Oxford. There is a village pub which is apparently very nice but we did not visit, opting for the Duke of Marlborough (5mins up road) which does a great Sunday roast. The cottage is small but adequate for a couple or group of four adults and the beds were comfortable. The lounge area is small and could do with a few more home comforts, especially on colder evenings when you cannot enjoy the outside area. The hot tub was nice and we used this a couple of times as weather was very good during our stay.
We had a good few days and would certainly visit the area again.
