Excellent location with free parking! At Stadium Stroll, you're steps away from Baltimore's Birdland, Camden Yards (Orioles) and M&T Bank Stadium (Ravens), and right at the edge of lively Federal Hill. You can walk to countless restaurants, bars, entertainment, and shopping. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. Relax or rest with your group in our 3 bedrm /2 bath townhouse featuring a fully furnished kitchen, linens, Alexa Show, incredible city views, and the freshness of bidets in the loo.
The space
The living areas (kitchen, dining, and living room) are all on the first floor. Two bedrooms, one with a Pack 'n Play, a full bath with tub/shower, and full-sized laundry are all on the second floor. The complete third floor is the third bedroom with office space and an en-suite full bathroom. For your convenience, we have Alexa Echo Dot in the living room & Alexa Show in the kitchen. They are not used for monitoring or recording. However, the Nest doorbell is motion sensored and records for the safety of our guests and property.

I needed to find a property that had 3 bedrooms in the Federal Hill area of Baltimore in the timeframe that I needed: this property checked those boxes. I would say this property provided a serviceable stay but there was no "wow" factor. I expected I think a little more for a property that is a new listing. There is nothing wrong with this listing, I just didn't find it great. Communication was "ok" but not that timely. The living room had neither side tables nor a coffee table: I think one or the other are needed. We found a total of 3 hangers in the house for 3 bedrooms. The host said there were a bunch more of hangers that were locked away somewhere. I think it's the responsibility of the host to do a walk through before guests arrive and ensure things like this are taken care of. There was no information about the house or what requirements we needed to fulfill for check out. I had to contact the host to find that out--not my responsibility. There is street parking which you use with a placard that the host provides. You cannot count on parking in front of the house. During a 5-night stay, we always found parking somewhere on the street. Two of the three bedrooms do not have side tables and I think they are needed as well as more (and better) lighting. The mattresses are very firm: too firm for my taste and as someone who is admittedly picky about pillows, they did not work for me. So in summary, my experience was "ok."
