The property was as advertised. The instructions on how to get into the property were clear and easy. We loved the location, easy to get where we needed and walking distance to some things for those who want to. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathroom towels, etc. The host was very responsive and answered any questions.I would recommend this house to friends. Thank you!

The positive is the location of this property. It was a nice walking distance to a good deli and a great roof top bar with great pizza and good wine! The house was spacious and clean. Josiah the owner was difficult to communicate with. VRBO says you should receive check in information 24-48 hours before. I had not received information, and became worried and I had a few questions for him. I emailed him, no response and I tried calling the number he has listed and no matter what time of day or night I tried calling, the message is sorry we are not open. Very frustrating. I called VRBO and she tried to reach him with no success. But shortly after me calling VRBO I received an email. And he was awesome to communicate with and took care of the questions I had and was fair. He also only charged me a 100.00 for early check in. However, I arrive and the code does not work, I have 4 grandkids that all have to use the bathroom after a 5 hour drive! I tried his number again and they were closed! I called VRBO and they tried all contact information for him and could not reach him. Shortly after I get both an email and phone call from him. Again, he is kind and apologized. He gave a new code and we got in. I did dispute the early check in charge because I got in at 3:40 and normal check in is 4. I have not heard yet the outcome. My gut says he will make it right because he did everything else.
