Beautiful, bright apartment for 4 people on the 6th floor with a north-facing balcony offering a direct view of the Baltic Sea.
Living area with a two-seater couch and armchair, TV/DVD, and built-in dining area.
Sleeping area in an alcove with a double bed, separated by a curtain.
Separate children’s room with a bunk bed, TV/DVD.
Kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, combination microwave with grill (1000 W), and refrigerator.
Shower/toilet.
No smoking; no pets allowed.
Two parking spaces are available for free use: 35-6-11 and 35-6-12 (located right next to each other). This gives you the option to park a trailer you may be towing or to have a parking space for an oversized vehicle (up to 6.20 m in length).

In the morning, the day begins with the sound of the waves; in the evening, it winds down on the balcony as the sun sets. Beautiful vacation apartments on Steinwarder with first-class views of the sea or the inland lake. Depending on the apartment type, our apartments can accommodate up to 4 people and are divided into 3 types with 30 m², 36 m², or 48 m² of living space. The apartments on the south side offer a stunning view of the inland lake, while those on the north side provide a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea.
The quality and availability of the internet in the apartments depend on the facility’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Building 37.
