Enjoy the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea, the natural beauty of the salt marshes with their protected wetlands, all the way to the lighthouse!
From the 9-meter-long, secluded balcony, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and the various calls of seabirds well into the late evening. A beautiful, inviting vacation rental, fully carpeted with vinyl flooring, located on the 4th floor with a north-west-facing balcony.
The living area features a cozy sofa set (190 cm) and two comfortable armchairs, a large Sony LCD smart TV, and a DAB+ radio. The couch can be converted into a sturdy double bed (gel mattresses) with a sleeping surface of 180 x 200 cm (listed as a fold-out bed in the description). This provides two additional sleeping options for up to 4 people.
The dining area is located right by the window, from where you can enjoy the magnificent view.
The converted bedroom with two single beds (1 x 90*190, 1 x 90 × 200) has its own entrance with a door and features its own 32-inch Samsung Smart TV.
The children’s room (separated from the living area by an opaque curtain) features a large bunk bed (2 x 90×200 cm) with extra headroom.
The open kitchen features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and many other kitchen utensils; it is also separated by an opaque curtain.
The bathroom features a shower with a low threshold (5 cm), a toilet, two large mirror cabinets for perfect hair styling, and a sink. The bathroom is very well lit by numerous downlights.

The vacation complex consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle, each containing individually furnished vacation apartments. Depending on the apartment’s location, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, the inland lake, or the surrounding nature. All floors are easily accessible by elevator. At the rear of the complex, a large parking lot is available for free use with open parking. Bicycles can be parked directly in front of the building or inside the building in designated shelters. Please note that these may be in high demand during peak season.
Your vacation begins right at your doorstep: The Baltic Sea Vacation Park is located just about 550 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. There, you’ll find a beach over 4 km long with an adventure pier, as well as ideal conditions for a wide range of activities. The approximately 5.4 km-long loop trail around the inland lake is also perfect for walking, jogging, and biking. The offerings are complemented by numerous recreational opportunities such as water sports, hiking and biking trails, a kite-flying field, and a dune golf course. At the inland lake, wooden lounge chairs and lakeside paths invite you to linger, while playgrounds, beach volleyball, and the promenade provide plenty of variety for young and old alike.
In case of bad weather, the nearby Aktiv-Hus—with a swimming pool, sauna, wellness area, and indoor play area—offers a wide range of recreational options. There is also a laundromat and a small self-service supermarket, both located directly across from the complex.
