The beautiful exteriors of this country house with a boho feel offer an idyllic space thanks to its extensive garden in which the swimming pool is located, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The salt pool measures 10 x 6 metres wide, with a depth that varies from 0.10 to 1.80 metres, thus simulating a beach shore. In addition, there is a jacuzzi next to the pool that invites you to relax in it. Around the pool there is a Balinese bed and two sun loungers with a thatched umbrella where you can sunbathe after a swim. The garden also has a porch where we can find a bed where we can take a nap in the open air under the shade of this porch. Before entering the house, there is another fully furnished porch where you can enjoy the barbecue next to it. Entering the modern house distributed over two floors, you will first find a living-dining room. The living area has a huge sofa that invites you to relax while watching a movie on the TV with Smart TV. Next to it, you will find a table with 4 chairs where you can enjoy the meals prepared in the ceramic hob kitchen fully equipped with the necessary utensils for your day to day life during your stay. On this floor you will find the first bedroom of the property, which has a double bed, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower. To complete the ground floor, you will find a second complete bathroom with shower. With the stairs that you will find in the living room, you will access the first floor where you will find the second bedroom which, like the first one, has a double bed and a wardrobe. To make your stay more comfortable, the house has an A/C in the bedroom on the ground floor and an A/C at the top of the living room which provides fresh air to both the living room and the bedroom on the first floor. If you are travelling with babies, a cot and high chair are available. The villa is located in the area of Binissalem, which is in the centre of Mallorca so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The charming village, known for its wine culture and historical wine cellars, is only 5 km away. There you will find everything you need; bank, petrol station, supermarket, doctor, pharmacies, and, above all, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the varied Mallorcan gastronomy. Furthermore, the village has a train station that connects with the city of Palma de Mallorca. If you prefer to enjoy the coast, you can opt for the extensive Alcudia Beach, known for its crystal clear waters and golden sand.
