Belle Virrey Finca Hotel

The staff was very kind and helpful whenever I had a question. I've arrived after the check-in time, but they explained everything and it was super easy. The Finca was beautiful, I loved staying in a building with Mallorcan vibe.

The location is only reachable by car or bicycle, and the next restaurant was in Inca so you had to drive everytime to reach anything.

Staff (specially at breakfast) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and surrounding area is very peaceful with sheep and views of the mountains.

Very noisy because of the thin doors. The sound of people walking and talking in the corridor was very loud and sounded as if there was no door at all. Decor is nice, but specially in the bathroom it looks run-down with rust marks.

Gorgeous property with amazing breakfast!!! So quiet and relaxing - staff were helpful and kind.

We loved everything! We hired a car which I would suggest and was perfect!

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing and fell far below expectations, especially considering it is marketed as a 4-star hotel. In reality, the experience was closer to a 2-3 star standard at best, and absolutely not worth the price charged. The grounds and facilities were poorly maintained. The pool area was overgrown, with leaves, insects, and debris floating in the water, which guests, including ourselves, had to clean using the net provided, as no staff attended to it. Ants were scattered around the sunbeds, making it uncomfortable to relax. The property felt more like an unattended villa than a functioning hotel. Housekeeping was another major issue. Bed linens were not changed for multiple days in a row, and when we specifically requested this, the staff appeared reluctant and visibly unhappy to fulfill such a basic requirement. Essential amenities were lacking as well. There were no complimentary shower gels, and while shampoo and conditioner dispensers were fixed to the wall, they did not work. The lack of service extended beyond housekeeping. Staff were often hard to locate anywhere on the property, making even simple requests unnecessarily difficult. Breakfast was monotonous and of very poor quality. Every morning it was the same limited selection: a few types of bread, a self-service coffee/tea machine, a small assortment of chopped fruit, a small display of sweets, and occasionally some scrambled eggs if you arrived early enough. For a hotel claiming 4 stars, the offering was far below acceptable standards. The location is also highly impractical. It is isolated and far from any town or amenities, meaning a car is absolutely essential. Without one, guests are effectively stranded at the property with very little to do. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. The lack of basic hospitality, cleanliness, amenities, and service makes it unacceptable to classify this as a 4-star property.
