About this house rental
Agence Cocoonr offers you this 125 m² house in Crach, which can accommodate up to 9 travelers. It comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers) and a garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A living room with sofas and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with the following appliances: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bedroom with a single bed
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and two single beds
- Another shower room and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine and cot.
Outside :
- A beautiful garden to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Crach, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... You have direct access to the GR trail, which takes you directly to the beaches on foot or by bike.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park on the street.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Auray station 12.5 km away (15 min by car)
