About this house rental
This 190 m² vacation home, renovated in 2020, can accommodate 8 to 10 people. It features:
- A very pleasant 70 m² living-dining room with stone walls and a cathedral ceiling. A cozy living space for family gatherings.
- A large 20 m² kitchen where you can also enjoy meals.
- A small living room that makes an ideal play area for children and can also serve as a fifth bedroom if needed.
- Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms.
You can enjoy a beautiful, enclosed 900 m² garden full of flowers, featuring a 60 m² wooden deck.
The house is located in the village of Saint-Philibert. You’ll find all the shops you need within walking distance (mini-market, bakery, bar/tobacco shop, oyster farm, etc.)
Two beautiful beaches in Saint-Philibert are accessible from the house by bike via bike paths or by car (free parking).
From the house, you’ll find lovely walks along the Saint-Philibert River. You can also visit the magnificent 17th-century Saint-Philibert Chapel.
Saint-Philibert is a central location for visiting La Trinité-sur-Mer, Locqmariaquer, Carnac, Saint-Goustan, the Gulf of Morbihan, and the islands (Belle-Île, Houat, Hoedic).
