Summary:

This beautiful unit is situated just steps from the resort’s stunning pool and hot tub, surrounded by palm trees and lounge chairs. Your ground-level patio is furnished with a grill and outdoor dining set, where you can relax while kids make use of the adjacent play area. During sun-filled pool days, easily walk back to your home for snacks and bathroom breaks. Just as easily, return to the pool area for an evening soak in the hot tub.
The Space:
When leisure time brings you indoors, cozy up on the large sectional couch facing the smart tv. While some of your group relaxes here with a movie or favorite show, the cook of your group can get busy in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large island with barstool seating.
This home sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds for a total of 3 twin beds and 1 full size bed.
THINGS TO NOTE:
Pool and hot tub are heated all year-round!
There is an additional full bath that shares a door with the bunk room, and with the hallway as well.
Washer and dryer in unit.
3 parking spaces are provided.
Southern Utah is a popular destination for year-round recreation and its major parks including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area. You are close to all manner of outdoor adventures including numerous hiking and biking trails, beautiful lakes and parks. The area is known for dozens of golf courses including highly rated Entrada at Snow Canyon where the greens are surrounded by red rock views. Relax at renowned spa resorts or take in a show at the nationally acclaimed Tuacahn Amphitheatre. If you’re feeling lucky, Las Vegas is within a quick 2-hour drive.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. The address was a little difficult to find on Apple maps. I'd advise that you place the room # more prominently in instructions so that guests can find the property. But that was minor inconvenience. Overall we loved our stay and were very impressed by cleanliness and value we received for the cost we paid. Thank you so much for providing a stay that we will remember for a long time.

This place felt like home and had everything we needed. The playground was very worn out and flimsy, and was being removed on April 11, 2026.The pool water temperature was alright but I wish it was a couple degrees warmer, especially in the beginning of April. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
