Although it is situated on the ground floor, access is via a flight of stairs. It features a spacious 60 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and bath, and a lush 1,000 m² garden. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – everything is ready to welcome you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 60 m² living area with sofas and a TV
- A fitted kitchen comprising: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, as well as a dining area with a table and chairs for your social gatherings.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A second bedroom with two single beds
- A shower room with shower, washbasin unit and toilet
- A bathroom with bath, double washbasin and toilet
- A separate toilet
The bedrooms, accessed via a corridor, are well soundproofed for optimal comfort.
For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, a high chair, a washing machine, a cot, and an ironing board.
Outdoors:
- The lush terrace, equipped with sun loungers and a table, as well as access to the hot tub (for 6 people), which can be used all year round, perfectly complement this experience under the Côte d’Azur sun.

Beautiful view from a very complete, neat, and above all comfortable house.The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious with plenty of storage.The bathrooms are clean, tidy, and roomy as well.It’s also very convenient that there’s a washing machine available.In the morning, you can watch the sunrise from the terrace, your bed, or the sofa — and enjoy the stunning sea view from the jacuzzi.The house is located above the highway, which you can hear slightly, but we didn’t find it disturbing at all.
