Menton, ideally located between Italy and Monaco, welcomes you with its exotic botanical gardens, its colorful alleys, its seaside and its restaurants, its covered market! Music festival, lemon festival, Rolex Master tennis tournament, museums, heritage discovery and many other events await you!
Access:
After a slightly uphill pedestrian access with flat steps - about 150m - you reach a pretty independent house of 100m2 and its garden away from traffic, in the Borrigo district.
The traveler has access to the entire accommodation as well as its garden.
The district:
Pretty sea and mountain view, close to all shops (bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets, butcher, wine trade, takeaway pizza, catering)... PGJyPg
SNCF train station 15 minutes walk, bus station 20 minutes walk, bus at the foot of the pedestrian access (about 150m), seaside 25 minutes walk, airport 35 minutes by car, the accommodation allows you to enjoy the city while offering you a country air!
1) Linen equipment:
Linen provided: bed linen and towels and shower towels, kitchen towels etc..
Linen is renewed every week.
Please note: beach towels are not provided!!
2) In the house you will find:
TV, WIFI, reversible air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge with 3 freezer drawers, coffee machine, Italian espresso coffee maker, induction hob, toaster, electric kettle, hand blender, electric mixer, raclette set, hair dryer in each bathroom, iron and ironing board, cleaning products, mosquito nets on the windows, board games, smoke detector, fire extinguisher.
3) In the garden:
garden furniture, dining table with 6 armchairs, a foldable deckchair, 4 sunbeds, a small reading area with its garden table and armchair, a drying rack, an electric plancha, outdoor games.
4) Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: on the first floor, double bed, cupboard with storage, double curtains, reversible air conditioning, mosquito net.
Bedroom 2: upstairs, double bed, cupboard with storage, double curtains, reversible air conditioning, mosquito net.
Bedroom 3: upstairs, pull-out bed for 1 adult or 2 children, cupboard with storage, double curtains, reversible air conditioning, mosquito net.
5) Closed garage available free of charge to travelers. It is located in a building about 240 m from the house.

Warning: the ceiling is too low for a trunk on the roof of the car!
Note:
The house has a slightly uphill pedestrian access of about 150m with low and wide steps called "pas d'âne", and a garden on several levels which is accessed by a staircase of about fifteen steps. This garden extends over 3 levels not protected by barriers and each connected by a few steps.
This is why we remind you that this accommodations are unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility, walking difficulties or young children.
The internal staircase that leads to the first floor does not have removable child protection barriers.
