House is super clean and location is great. TVs in the bedrooms didn’t work and any support seems to come via a chatbot or some kind of remote team who isn’t super familiar with the house.

The condo was lovely and well kept. Everything was as advertised and generally clean. The one issue was the wifi did not work for the entire stay, and while the management company was responsive, they were not especially helpful. I don't view this as owner-related, but it was frustrating, especially for our non-skiers.
