Its wonderful to stay at madras inn alwarpet. Very nice hotel with good people. Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is given at hotel and it is good. Even thou the hotel is in residential area, nearby Krishna sweets is having restaurant. All important places are nearby. I give 5 star rating & recommend.

This will be my first and last stay in this poorly run establishment. This is a lodge, not a hotel. Mathaiyan, the staff member, has poor customer service skills. Despite the fact that I had informed him of my departure time, he took my belongings and stored them outside in order to give the same room to another person before I checked out. It was unexpected, and since I was on an official visit to a customer's location, I couldn't do anything about it. I informed him of my departure time prior to my arrival, but he refused to listen or make arrangements to ensure that the customer's needs were met. I told him that if he wanted, I could pay for the extra time. Such a poorly manned individual. The bedsheets and blankets smell bad, and no toiletries are provided. The water in the toilet eventually becomes stagnant. There are only six seats at the breakfast table, and there are no other options for more than six people. Toilet sets are not thoroughly cleaned. I would not recommend this location to friends, especially if you are a woman, because the staff does not know how to treat female customers. He spoke to me harshly, but later that evening, as I was about to check out, he apologized for his actions. This man's actions ruined my entire day at work.
I didn't expect Agoda to recommend such a ridiculous location for my trip.
