We had a great stay at this flat. It's located on mostly a pedestrian street with quite a few restaurants. It's in easy walking distance to the train, the main street Calle Uria, and all main city attractions. We were a multi-generational group and the two bedroom two bath set up worked great for us. Laundry was a great addition as well.The flat has been pretty newly updated. There was a little bit of street noise in the front bedroom in the evening but double pained doors and roll down sunscreen muffled quite a bit of that. Rear bedroom was quiet and comfortable. Note that vehicles are not allow on the street except for cabs and those registered to apartment tenants. Check-in process was the best I've used. It was all done online. Keys to the front door of the building and the flat door were all done through an email link. I was slightly worried about it but it worked flawlessly. I was easily able to share it with other members of my group. The garbage situation was a bit unusual. Apparently they come to collect garbage everyday and there's an expectation that it be separated into different colored bags. Only one bag was provided at the flat. I ended up having to buy some different bags. I might have missed instructions on how to better handle that but in the end it worked out fine. It would have been helpful just to have some bags there but otherwise it was pretty easy to figure out.Overall, we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.
