We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience.On the positive side, the unit itself has potential and the area felt generally safe, though at times it also felt a bit uneasy—something to consider depending on your comfort level.Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay. The building is clearly under construction. The hallways had multiple concerns, including poor lighting, floors that felt unstable and appeared to be temporarily patched with drywall over damaged boards, and a strong smell of drywall and construction materials. There was also noticeable noise in the hallways at night, which was disruptive.Inside the unit, there was an unpleasant odor that we eventually traced back to a mop left in the corner. The apartment itself had some condition concerns as well—windows that would not open, and the smaller bedroom door with broken hinges that wouldn’t properly shut.The most serious issue was the plumbing. The master bathroom could not be used at all. Attempting to use it caused loud gurgling in the sinks and resulted in backup issues, including water spraying out in the other bathroom and especially the kitchen sink. This made basic use of the space very difficult.Overall, while the property has potential, the current condition—especially the construction, noise, and major plumbing problems—made it hard to fully enjoy our stay.
