The apartment is located at the top of the valley overlooking Dawlish and is a short downhill walk to the town and is within 10 minutes walking distance to the beach buses and trains

Dawlish is very pretty town is situated on the coast between Exeter and Torquay and is serviced by good rail and bus connections. The city of Exeter is 10 miles away, the long golden sandy beach of Dawlish Warren is 2 miles away and the bustling resort of Torquay is 12 miles, it is also only 15 miles from Dartmoor National Park

Parking is on road immediately outside but there are only 7 properties in the Close so vehicle movements are very few
