This location was a great stay for our family, while we were in town for a family reunion. The house was simple, no extras. Would have loved a blow dryer or side tables next to bed. The master bed down stairs is on hard wood and the frame is very “ikea” like, so the middle supports would slip and moved with any movement… a rug may have helped; some lights were painted over and very dim. It just seems like a new vrbo investment. Although the owner communication was excellent and he allowed us to check in early after an over the night long drive.. dispute the above mentions, it was perfect for what we needed!! Thank you!!

A group of 7 family members and I came into town for a graduation party. The house was the perfect size for our big group. The additional bathroom/powder room was perfect for 5 women to get ready at the same time! The house was spacious and clean and the beds were super comfortable. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents. The whole house was perfect for our group. Highly recommend!

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy our down time among family excursions. The home was clean and well-kept. The check-in/out instructions from the owners were simple and straight-forward. Overall, a positive experience.

Wonderful hosts. Great spacious property. It is centrally located off I80 in north Sacramento. Definitely not in Fair Oaks or near Folsom. Will rent here again.
