About this apartment rental
There is 3 beds/2 bath separated and very private part of the house with private front door entrance and private backyard, suitable for comfortable stay for up to 8 people. Specious living room, kitchen with full size refrigerator, shady outdoor sitting area, Wi-Fi, TV with Hulu and Netflix apps. All our bedrooms were supplied with brand new mattresses, "Children's" bedroom can work perfectly for tall adults as well because has two Twin XL size beds.
The space
This is a private unit with private front entrance and private backyard area:
- Separate, very welcoming living area with fireplace and twin size sofa-bed (for additional guest).
- Full kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc... With family size dining table.
- 3 spacious bedrooms. The biggest one has a KING SIZE bed, the second one has a QUEEN SIZE bed, and the third one has two TWIN XL SIZE beds and a sofa bed TWIN XL (for 2 additional guests). Please see pictures.
- TWO bathrooms.
Unit is recently remodeled and upgraded and has a wonderful, fresh, cozy feeling. There are more units on the property but all of them are totally separated from each other, they are well insulated and all of them have their own private entrances. We provide all things our guests might need, do our best to make sure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay.
No matter if you are traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area, we are sure you will be very satisfied with your stay.
We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the
Whole house controlled online by host; it is set up for 71(21.5 C) degree for summer time and 69 (20.5 C) degree for winter time.
In the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air.
If you get hot, please use ceiling fan.
If you get cold, in summer time you can open windows.
If you are not comfortable with this, please, do not book it.

The home was nicely decorated and clean in a quiet community and very close to restaurants and stores. The beds were super comfortable which is a plus plus for me. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has 2 twins and a trundle nicely decorated in Harry Potter Theme. We went to Sacramento to celebrate our first granddaughter’s baptism so it was nice to stay near them. We were about 22 mins from downtown Sacramento which was nice as well. The only thing to mention is that there is no laundry room accessible to guests so if you’re thinking of coming with minimal clothes to wash and reuse then you should contact host and ask about that. Loved having a dishwasher. It was easy to use. Please note, Quiet time starts at 9pm. Looks like house was sectioned off and you’re sharing a wall. I believe someone else lives in the property so don’t be alarmed if you see another car parked in driveway.

The kitchen was OK for cooking, just a few things I would’ve liked to have had available. One would have been a sink stopper to hold the water to wash dishes. Different glassware, and a glassware that was available was not usable for what I’m used to. Host was responsible for laundry. Therefore, I was not responsible for doing any laundry of indoor.
