Superb flat in historic centre of Athens

Stayed here for 3 nights and the apartment condition was excellent. This has a living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a toilet/ shower room. Everything was in excellent condition, well furnished and pleasant. We checked in late at night, but were given with clear instructions about the checkin details and it was easy and convenient with no issues at all. The building looks bit old from outside - same as the other buildings in that street. But this apartment in it seems to be almost new, well presented and maintained. The communications and the follow ups were satisfactory and we felt comfortable about it. The key highlight is the location - almost every key attractions in Athens is close-by and in a walkable distance from this apartment. Monastiraky station is less than 5 minute walk away. Acropolis and Plaka are in a 10 min walking distance. Everything about the stay was excellent. But just to mention the lift was not working one day - which was not the apartment's fault though, but they reported it to the building manager to rectify. Overall, excellent apartment and we had a pleasant stay there.
