As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. The house was perfect for our family. 8 adults and 10 grand kids. Between the large living area, multiple decks and the pool, there was plenty of space to spread out.The management company was very responsive to an ant issue. Sent people out right away to address it and followed up to make sure it was addressed. Would definitely consider coming again.
