Amazing house! Stayed here with several friends and our 1 year old daughter. Pool and hot tub are nice. Location is great. Our group loved playing pool and shuffleboard every night when we were done with the beach and pool/hot tub. House had tons of plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. (even a good amount of plastic plates, bowls, and cups for kids). My husband, daughter, and I made it to the house earlier than anticipated on the check in day. We messaged the property management company to confirm if we could park at the house while we walked on the beach to kill time until check in. The management company responded very quickly and were actually able to change the door codes to let us into the house early since it was already ready for us - unexpected and greatly appreciated! Things that didn’t bother us but are noteworthy for planning purposes:1. The house had salt and pepper but did not have a miscellaneous assortment of spices, oil, coffee, etc that you sometimes see in rental houses.2. The property management company provided 2 total rolls of toilet paper (for the entire house, not per restroom), enough detergent for one dishwasher load, and enough detergent for one load of laundry. There are a couple grocery stores really close by so we just bought what we needed for the trip. 3. The house had some pool toys but no beach wagon that some rentals provide. 4. Bring beach towels.

Wonderful stay for 5 siblings, spouses, in-laws and cousins. Despite some bad weather (which you have no control over), we all had a great week. Wonderful, wonderful house in perfect condition. Spotless. All bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Great kitchen and gathering area for evening dinner and games. Great spacious pool area. Tan and No Plan is highly recommended.
