Very spacious, cared and with a combination of warm colours, in blue and white, this apartment emanates peace and becomes the perfect place for a nice and quiet vacation near the sea. Even from the little balcony you can feel the breeze and the salty smell of the sea, while you relax reading a book on the sun lounger. This apartment is located on the second floor of a family residential. It offers a wonderful living-dining room in the same space. Here you can enjoy your family meals and then rest watching a film or a TV series. The spacious kitchen is independent and it has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and everything you may need to cook an excellent recipe. In the laundry room we find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are a toilet, a shower bathroom and two beautiful bedrooms in total. Both offer a fan, a closet and space to place a cot and a high chair. One has a double bed and the other comes with two twin beds. The two extra guest can sleep in the sofa bed at the living room. This property is located in the heart of the beach of Arenal, where you have shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the terraces and the wonderful views. You can practice water sports and enjoy some marvellous lookouts in Cala Blanca, Portitxol o Cap Negre. There are hiking routes that invite to do long excursions as well as precious coves to practice diving in the area. If you fell like a quite walk in the evening, we recomendante the old city centre of Xàbia with its medieval streets. Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
