The condo has an awesome relaxing feeling. It has beautiful views and is a perfect vacation spot for a week long trip, a long weekend getaway for couples, families, friends, or a planned golf trip. Sit on the screened in porch with our translucent lights in the evening. Watch the golfers and birds during the day or catch a boat passing by on the ICWW.
Publix, Food Lion, Kroger and Walmart are all within 10 minutes from the condo as well as multiple restaurants, miniature golfing, bowling, shopping, wineries, the MB Sports complex and the Shark Wake park. There is Duplin Winery at Barefoot Landing and there is also a hidden gem of a winery called La Belle Amie Vineyard. There is a marina about 3 miles from the condo that rents jet skis daily. Boat rentals, boat rides, and charter boat rentals are all within the marina. Minutes away in Little River, SC are more restaurants on the water. There are 2 Casino boats also. (1 smoking) (1 non smoking). Horseback riding on the beach and private island tours are located at Inlet Point Plantation, which is right down the road from Tidewater.
The condo is complete with all you need in the kitchen to make meals at home. We provide the pillows, towels, blankets, close hangers, iron, ironing board.

2 bedroom / 2 bath townhome located in the Tidewater Golf Plantation. Bedding: Can sleep up to 4. Walking distance to the pool and fitness facility. Only a short drive to the beach and all that the Grand Strand has to offer to make your vacation a memorable one. Open living room, dining room and kitchen to enjoy everyone's company.

Tidewater Plantation is Gated 24/7 Golf Community, Beautifully Landscaped with trees and shrubs throughout the community. Quiet and has amenities for everyone to enjoy.

Getting Around:
5-7 minute drive to the beach in Cherry Grove. Short drive to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and entertainment.

Check in time is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We make every effort to have your property available at 4 PM on arrival day, but circumstances occur where check-in time maybe later. We cannot guarantee a 4 PM check-in time.

No Pets
No Smoking in unit. There is a $500.00 deep cleaning fee for any unit that is smoked in.

You must be 25 to rent our properties.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation and Refund Policy: A sixty (60) day written email notice sent to [email protected] is required for all cancellations. We do not accept verbal cancellations. The request must be in writing. ALL cancellations will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee. If the written cancellation request is received more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled arrival date AND ALP is able to re-rent the Unit for the same amount of money, all monies paid will be returned EXCEPT (LESS) the $150 dollar cancellation fee, Security Waiver, and the booking fee. Once you cancel your reservation the property will be available for rentals. ALP reserves the right to discount the nightly rate to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented for a lesser rate all monies will be returned EXCEPT (LESS) the $150 dollar cancellation fee, Security Waiver, booking fee, and difference in rental price. Cancellation requests or changes to a reservation made within 30 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit all monies paid. ALP strongly suggests purchasing travel insurance

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
Airbnb guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
