This beautiful condo is located in the Tidewater Golf Community that offers amenities for everyone. Including pools, tennis courts, fitness center, golf, a restaurant and only a short 3 mile drive to the beach in Cherry Grove. This condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with an open deck with a view of the lake. You must be at least 25 yrs of age to rent our properties. No pets or smoking allowed. Motorcycles, Trailers, RV's Not allowed on property.
The Space:
This property does have a Ring Doorbell and therefore video surveillance is at the entrance.
Two queen beds, Two double beds (bunks), two full baths, open kitchen, dining area, living room, balcony.
Easy access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and the new North Myrtle Beach Athletic Complex
Guest Access:
Keyless entry.
The Neighborhood:
This is a gated golf community with 24 hour security. No house parties allowed and a 10 pm noise ordinance in the community. No pets for renters. No smoking allowed. No motorcycles, trailers or RV'S permitted on property.
Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.
Other Things to Note:
This property does have a Ring Doorbell and therefore video surveillance is at the entrance.
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.
Renters must be 25 years of age to rent the property. No pets for renters. No smoking allowed. No motorcycles, trailers or RV'S permitted on property.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

Hosts are located in North Myrtle Beach and are available to help when needed, however we will respect your privacy. All communication goes through the booking channel.

Just a lovely place . Beds were a bit uncomfortable but that was our ONLY issue . Beautiful, clean @ close to the ocean .
