We loved the central location. We suggest wearing sneakers when walking Manuel Dieguez as the street (like many) or cobblestone and the hill up and down from condo can be difficult without proper footwear. One street over is Basilio Badillo which you can take all the way to the start of the Malecon and pass by many restaurants, bars and shopping. Though it was 2 bedroom / 2 bath, we were only 2 people. We each took a bathroom and use the spare room for our luggage. This was a big bonus for us as opposed to a hotel room. The value for the price was incredible for this time of year. Wifi was strong It has a kitchen but we didn't use it. Plenty of towels and had beach towels as well Though checkout was 11am they let us store out bags until 1pm which was appreciated.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We knew we would not be in room much, so a view and amenities wasn't that important to us. But a central location was and for the price it was a really great choice. Like many places in PV, it is up hill so be up for a short steep climb to the unit. Some items we have already addressed with owner and appreciate them hearing our feedback: Add one more curtain panel to the master bedroom to keep more light out as the exterior lights stay on all the time Replace both shower curtains We know is a humid climate and not sure what can be done about the dampness smell. There are plenty of AC units and fans and we used them all.
