Clean, comfortable, ground floor 1 bedroom apartment in nice subdivision. Well laid out information booklet and full kitchen amenities. Bathroom supplies and bedroom area were great. Laundry facilities if you needed it. TV was excellent and appliances were more than sufficient. Full fridge as well.
Chair in living area was hard and sofa uncomfortable but easily rectified in future and was a minor detail. Other unit above us had noisy tenants but couldn't control that. All in all a solid 8.0 to 8.5 given price point, value, and proximity to Victoria.

The sofa bed is quite small if you’re taller than 175 cm, and you can hear high-frequency footsteps from the upstairs area even late at night, which may affect light sleepers.

Cozy
Being that there are kids upstairs, noise was to be expected. I felt the continuous constant running, stomping and skipping was way too much. If you are looking for a quiet stay, this isn’t the place. My son said the bed was ok but the couch I slept on shouldn’t have been advertised as a sleeping option.
