The host was excellent — very proactive and always quick to answer questions or respond to our needs, which made the stay much smoother and more comfortable.
The sofa bed is quite small if you’re taller than 175 cm, and you can hear high-frequency footsteps from the upstairs area even late at night, which may affect light sleepers.

Wifi war gut. Man konnte das Netflix-Konto nutzen.
Das Bett war unbequem. Die Kinder waren sehr laut, trampeln vorallem früh (ab ca 7 Uhr) und abends herum und die Musik konnte man mitsingen. Waschmaschine zwar vorhanden, musste aber geteilt werden.

The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. The suite was clean and nicely decorated. I liked that it had a separate bathroom and that the heat was individually adjustable in each room.
The sofa was facing away from the tv which made it uncomfortable for more than one person to watch for an extended period of time (could not comfortably watch a program or movie together).

Cozy
Being that there are kids upstairs, noise was to be expected. I felt the continuous constant running, stomping and skipping was way too much. If you are looking for a quiet stay, this isn’t the place. My son said the bed was ok but the couch I slept on shouldn’t have been advertised as a sleeping option.
