Izuzetan smještaj koji bih preporučila svakom tko posjećuje Konin. Moderno uređen, izuzetno uredan, dovoljno prostora za dvije osobe, kreveti udobni, kuhinja opremljena kako je i predstavljeno. U neposrednoj blizini je kolodvor, autobusna stanica, trgovina mještovitom robom, dva restorana s ukusnom i povoljnom domaćom hranom, pekarnica.
