Lokalizacja w zasadzie na starówce konińskiej. Wszędzie blisko, miejsce parkingowe dla gości. Zupełnie niepozorny budynek przyklejony do kamienicy w podwórzu. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, w której niczego nie brakowało.
Jedyne mankamenty to zapachy z pizzerii, ale nie tyle przeszkadzające co po prostu intensywnie pachnące. Natrysk miniaturowy, ale na jeden nocleg do zaakceptowania
