The apartment is spotlessly clean and conveniently located for visiting with our daughter and son-in-law. The house is located near the end of the street and very little traffic comes through this area. The heating and cooling system are very effective and kept us comfortable at all times. In addition, everything is in this studio apartment that people need for a comfortable stay.
There is a raise in the floor of about one and a half to 2 inches at the bathroom entry. It is a tripping hazard.
