Great summer location, walk to beach and there were chairs, umbrella, wagon. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for entertaining and family drinks/meals. Beds were comfy and the layout spacious
A beach cooler to use would be a nice touch. Not very private from neighbors, but that's the kind of hood it is, everyone very friendly.
