Posizione ottima vicino fermata metro cornelia, presenza di negozi e alimentari nel vicinato, comodo posto auto, palazzo in ordine con ascensore. Appartamento confortevole in particolare per i due bagni
La struttura era in generale pulita, forse un po più di attenzione nelle pulizie pre arrivo. I detersivi per pulizia e lavatrice erano praticamente quasi vuoti.

Posizione strategica,metro a 5 minuti fermata autobus proprio di fronte. Zona ben servita dai mezzi pubblici
La pulizia lascia a desiderare soffioni doccia pieni di calcare,piatto doccia sporco,davanzali e zanzariere sporche pentole rovinate,detersivo piatti e sapone mani allungati con l'acqua. Condizionatore in sala che puzzava di muffa quando lo si accendeva. Delusa
