The location staff where every welcoming. All you needed was provided. No surprises and disappointments even the gate drives all information was provided. Loved it.
That they must have a shop we must not go to pumba when we want to buy.

What I liked most about the property is the animals, waking up to lions roaring outside your room isn’t something you experience on a daily. The cleanliness of the rooms, the fact that the rooms are well kept, neat and clean, they look exactly like the pictures.. the rooms are spacious also. Breakfast is exceptional. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Well we had a small issue with a double booking for our room but the room we were given on night 1 was still amazing so maybe they could work on their booking system so that such mistakes can be avoided in future. Also some paving and yard work can be very beneficial and will make the place look more neater on the outside( more like Pumba since well they are sister lodges and have one owner).

The lady at the reception was so lovely and welcoming. The room was very clean nd was definitely what I saw from the website
The electricity was out from 19:10pm till 04:00 am the next day. That was a really really frustrating
