Cascades Guest Lodge

I was fortunately upgraded from the Deluxe double room to the Deluxe King room . That’s the room you want to be in 💯🔥.

Deluxe Double room is too small.

The place in located in closed to the mall and the garage with makes it more convenient. The rooms are spotless clean and the accommodation cateres for everyone(kids friendly). Staff is well trained. I was welcomed by Future, his very professional. Mohamed the owner is very friendly and cares for his guests. I highly recommend this Cascades, its worth the money you pay. I'll definitely book there again.

Apparently I had an exceptional experience at Cascades Guest Lodge for the first time though arrived late eve . The lodge was warm, peaceful, and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax, The room we were occupied was comfortable, and the tranquil surroundings create a truly refreshing stay. What made my visit even more memorable was the outstanding service from the Front Office guy, named, Fortune or perhaps future if may recall. He is a true hospitality professional who understands the highest standards of guest service. His concierge services were exceptional—professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and very appealing from parking till I was checked-inn at room, willing to go an extra mile to ensure our short stay was valued. It is rare to encounter someone with such passion, excellence, and dedication to hospitality. Future is a real asset to Cascades Guest Lodge, and his commitment will goes along way. I highly recommend Cascades Guest Lodge to anyone looking for quality accommodation, genuine hospitality, and exceptional customer service. I look forward to returning 🙂
